So I'm finally putting some time in on getting the vx back on the road, front end's been stripped and cleaned, I've got a new heater box, new shocks, new rad and cc rad, new crash box & rad surround, wishbones powder coated, bushes, ball joints.. pretty much everything! and this anti roll bar from elise parts.

It's been a while (had a few years of  :tumble: ) since I started doing it, and can't remember where the original arb sat in relation to the lower wish bone. If you jack the car,, does the arb touch the lower wish bone? This one seems to, and the clearance isn't much when it's on the ground, drive over a big bump and I'm sure it would touch? True that the ride height hasn't been set yet, it's at about 150mm which is definitely too high, so that's probably the reason.. what do you think?

Also the bushes are not butted right up to the flange bit, is that ok too?

Thanks

the bushes are the wrong way around, they should butt up to the metal washer thumbsup

problem is the ARB will slide sideways and thats not good, I always fit them the other way around so the ARB cannot move :)

It only does it on the third hole. It will also bottom out any time both front wheels droop together. If you set it on one of the other holes it wont touch.
