Heat knob works fine, but the blower not coming on.

How to test where the problem is?

first thing to check is that the four wires are still connected to the fan unit under the front bonnet

Other than that it's probably the speed controller not working - resistors, switch or finally the fan itself

Hello.

There isn't a speed controller on the fan. It's simply two 25 watt resistors wired so that the lowest speed setting runs through both, middle through one and high bypasses. they then feed into a connector to the fan. I'd start checking that connector and the neutral line coming off the fan.

You also have a fuse under the bonnet for the heater - might want to check that too (can't remember which number it is)
