Anyone going to The Ring this summer.

 

I've been trying to tie in a visit with a Spa track day in August or September but everything at Spa is booked up so looks like its going to be straight to The Ring on a Friday, do the evening session and all day Saturday then back on the Sunday.

Crabash has been recently and I believe he’s planning another trip in August.

I bought the car with the longest ever name...............a Renault Megane RenaultSport 230 F1 Team R26 in LY of course

Have you been before? Midweek is much more chilled. Have done about 10/11 TF trips but Trackdays there are the way forward now I think for me. Still a good crack we are already booked for next summer.

Yes, lots of times bikes and cars. Looking like out on Thurs 2nd Aug, overnight near Spa, Spa on Fri 3rd (4 half hour sessions), drive to ring that evening, overnight there, ring on Sat 4th and drive back same day

I suspected you would have. We have done the Circuit days TD two years in a row now not as much atmosphere but you get to really drive the track it's great.

There is a German TDO doing spa on aug 9, with a few free spaces.

I’m up for Nurburgring in late sept.

Would prefer a TDO day.

if its after Zolder then not too far to travel and make use of ferry , have no idea about ring circuit , but one day will do the GP circuit
