The VX's friends have slowly been getting more and more VX like. Its my attempt at a new S2 Exige :D

Anyway, i know it will be slower etc. But AC and a quiet exhaust were worth the outlay :D

I had to have Lotus make it specially to remove all the matt black bits from the cup cars.

Lovely. Just lovely.

And without the VX cash would never have existed. Nice continuation story there

There are cheaper ways to get a quieter exhaust, you know :glare:.  But with the temperatures they expect the following days over here (35-37°C) I would appreciate an AC in my VX B)

COME ON James!! we need a review Vs the exige S3 Vs VX

~then you can advise how bad the std tyres are that will be replaced with the 5 other sets of alloys you have hidden away for it

S3 Exige is heavier and though initially it fealtslightly less flickable than the VX but, the handling as standard is pretty good (not as good as 3 way nitrons on the cup versions) but now with a bigger anti roll bar fitted on the front now, geo done and Michelin Cup 2 tyres, the steering is sharp and the car now feels right up there with how my VX was (High praise as that car was highly modified over many years to suit my tastes).

The engine is great and always has lots of torque and power and sounds great.

Overall I am enjoying owning it, it has a lot of road presence, great air con ( a small but huge leap up from the VX) but less boot space than the VX amazingly.

It was to me a logical step from the VX and one I'm still enjoying.

A052 (the A048 replacement) tyres in the right size :)

Also you can only buy them from Lotus, which if you enquire can only be sold with a wheel, hub and the rest of the car attached as they are all earmarked for production only :D
