Hi all,

In the throws of gathering bits for a project and have a few queries the search function hasn't shed much light on !

Anybody know where to source adaptors for EV 14 injectors into a Z22 head ?

Also any idea if the plug on green LSJ injectors is compatible ?

Many thanks in advance.

Jim

oem plugs (EV6 format) fit oem injectors, the black turbo injectors and the green lsj injectors.
All others require your connectors to be converted to EV1 format.

The are multiple parts in the setup (at least in my EV14 conversion)

First the grey insulators are from a GM ACDelco kit 217-2762

When you add those, the whole fuelrail get's raised, and no longer fits
On my setup i added aluminum spacers (on the left)

These spacers are part of other type of fuelrails, like for example the Z20net one.
I am not sure to which other rails they come, and what the part number for it is.

Last is the EV14 itself. Exmantaa got them for me, and mentioned they are a specific edition that included a part i needed.

I never fully underfstood that part. I will ping him and ask him to explain the ev14 edition you need, and maybe an ebay link.

The Bosch injectors you describe still have an adaptor which is the black section above the injector tip. These alone adapt them for LSJ heads. I believe this makes the grey aluminium section and fuel rail spacers redundant. In my case I am just using the Bosch injectors shown on the left (from left to right spacer at bottom, no spacer, spacer at top):

LSJ specific injectors can be ordered here: https://fuelinjector...ultivalve-heads

Correct adapters can be found here:

I bought the purple ones for the black bosch injectors which you can see on fezz pictures.

Revival time 😊

Do these injectors have a proper orientation ? They aren't located in one particular direction by the rail clip like lsj injectors, obviously cant spin around much due to the plug but would be nice to have em pointing the "right" way

Thanks again

So the plug needs to be in the same position as original ?
