Just had someone reverse into the VX, luckily they only hit the exhaust, but appear to have broken a bracket, which isn't available from Vauxhall anymore.
The bracket is (for a Turbo) from the nearside of the cat, looks like a metal bar that leads to a remote rubber mounting, so connecting from the exhaust flange to the car. The garage is hopeful that they can fabricate one, but if not just wondering if anyone knows where I can get one?

I couldn't see the part on that list, I did look on the N/A version, and thought it looked like part no.6(can't attach the image from my phone) but as mine is a Turbo thought it couldn't be.

Just take it to an exhaust fabricator, they'll be able to make a new one and weld it and fit it in less time + cost than buying anything from Vauxhall.

Got it repaired, they fabricated a new one, but then discovered the main nearside mount on the silencer is snapped, so worse than I thought. Looks like an insurance job now as I don't want to be surprised by any big bills!

the exhaust hanger (part number 6) always rusts away, hardly any cars still have that part fitted.

that part (number 14) should easily be repairable

It's this that I have discovered broke as well:

So it will have to be exhaust out to be welded, and hope there isn't more damage lurking, although going through the insurance means I don't have to worry about that. Also means I can get the clam damage done as well.
