For sale are a couple of Corbeau LE-X seats that I've had in the loft for ages.

They are in pretty good condition, the material could do with being re-glued in a few places, at the front of the seat, and the bits around the holes for the harnesses, but it's not bad.

Also come with a new/unused pad, the one that goes under your legs at the front of the seat.

I don't believe these are FIA approved so no good if you need something for motorsport purposes, but fine for trackdays, road, etc.

I *think* these bolt up to standard VX/Elise subframes but I'm not sure, these were in my MX-5 when I bought it, and I don't have my VX anymore.

Collection only (no couriers) from Sidcup in SE London, or possibly from the Ascot area (East Berkshire), £400.

Interested in these, but not sure both would fit in a VX? The 'wings' look a little too wide?

From memory these LE-X are pretty narrow. But perfect track hold if you're not too big...

I'm sure you can't fit two of these in a VX

You shouldn't have your harness eye bolts bolted to the seat.

Corbeau sell them as a 'Lotus replacement seat' so I'd expect this includes fitting two of them, but like I said, I don't have my VX anymore to try it out so cannot say for sure. EDIT: The Corbeau site shows them to be 500mm across the wings at the widest point, I just went and measured them to be sure and I can confirm this is correct.

They are more on the racing snake side, but any competition type seat that fits in a VX is going to be like that.

Absolutely, this is how they were when I bought the car. The fitment on both seats was a bit of a shocker.
