I advise all of you to read manual on the website. It addresses most of the questions.

Wheel sizes are configurable via pc app and you can adjust for smaller/bigger tires via slip pot adjustment as well. It all comes down to how much slip it detects. With smaller tires in front you set it to more sensitive , with bigger in front to less sensitive.

Yeah, its a bit of a short one, but if you are going to install yourself, just buy it direct as the saving is only £15-20..

Thank you very much for your interest.

 

Please note that it is very difficult to keep everybody happy both with dates and location and we have simply done our best based on the locations suppied on a majority basis....

 

The location decided upon is RLM racing in Rutland Leicester. You can see their web site here: www.rlmracing.com. Richard Webb the owner (a fellow VX owner) has offered us his garage and parking on the Saturday from 9-2PM and Sunday 9-5PM on the 20th and 21st October. Unfortunately further amendment is non-negotiable since we have to get Jacek over from Poland and work around Richards availability of his garage facility. Not so easy as I hope you all appreciate. Hopefully with this kind of notice you can make arrangements to attend? We are also considering having a kind of VX220 mini meet and perhaps even a rolling road session but further news will be announced as details are confirmed....

 

Its an excellent location for the majority (and a truly beautiful part of the country)  but I sympathize for those in the South West as it is appreciated this may be too far for them. For those not able to make the installation location, what we intend to do is create a step by step guide on the day to follow as a DIY solution. Otherwise please feel free to decline and let us  know.

 

Jacek from TCS  has told me that he will supply all the major fittings and connectors on the day but that he will not be able to carry the quantity of wires required for the ABS and injectors. We will need around 2M for injectors and around 3M for the ABS per car so we will need to arrange this. I have asked him to supply us the specs to ensure we have consistency and quality of the required materials. A further update will therefore follow on for this.

 

With regards to payment, we are currently exploring if each person can pay by BACS direct to TCS, or if we can route all the units through RLM racing. I will keep you updated. For now, please just confirm you are still in for the group buy and can make the location on 20/21st October. Thanks, Jon
