If you are up for a challenge, i think it´s a VW part.
Someone took this number from the inside part of our vx cover:
That number 1J0857731C is a very good match to our cover. That number is for a grey one though.
I am still looking for the black parts number.
Was listed on an ebay offer as "Seatbelt Bolt Cap Cover VW Jetta Golf GTI MK4 Beetle Seat Belt"

Any chance you could unbolt one, and take a picture of the parts number inside?
Would really love to be able to go through ebay on just a simple parts number.

Part number 9198104 I bought a few couple of years ago ðŸ‘🻠(Genuinepartsearch) sell them but £18 each.
