Hi

I have just bought my first vx and within 2 weeks its been smashed by one of my neighbours, havn't even had the chance to use it properly yet.

Was hit by a taxi minibus which was parked next to it where the driver never saw the car due to its size.

Damage i can see so far - Clam, headlight, foglight, foglight bracket, radiator surround, leaking coolant, wheel, poss steering/suspension as feels crap on the road

You need to have a good look at the wishbone mounts to see if that wheel has damaged any of them when it was pushed back. These points are unrepairable so confirm this first

Just going to let insurance deal with it, just need to decide if i should let my insurance company do it or use an accident managment company

Do you NEED an accident mgmt company?

Who else is going to manage the claims for whiplash from the seven members of his family that were in the car at the time?

My insurance companyt have already stated that they pass it onto an accident managment company to deal with non fault third party claims.
