Lots of good roads around me but you can't beat Switzerland. Susten Pass from Innertkirchen is probably my favourite. Stelvio is greatly overrated. You have to do as Nev does and be out on the road at 0500 to get the best from them.

Some wonderful (and very empty) ones in the Pyrenees too. As the underdog (compared to the Alps) the roads are very empty indeed, but just as spectacular.
