Hey chaps,

 

I bought a nice supercharged VX last year and have driven it a bit; but mostly left it in the garage due to unfortunate circumstances.  Now I'm back to fiddling with my car: just in time for winter.  Typical!

 

As such, I'm tackling the thing I like least about my car: The brakes.

 

I'm doing a full refurb, with all new AP four pot calipers, disks and ferrodo pads all round. (I plan to build a 300 ish bhp engine based on the Saab B207 I have here waiting for attention) so the refurb is an upgrade also.

 

I have Team dynamics 16" front wheels, and 17" rears, so am looking to do the Exige 4 channel ABS controller mod.

 

Where is the best place to purchase and code this in the Coventry area?  I don't mind travelling a little - it'll be an excuse to take the car out for a drive.

No, not yet.  That was probably going to be my next question: Is it better to get the dealer to sell me one; or are there cheaper options?

Good to hear a fellow Coventry based person modding his vx

Long time now but I got a 2nd hand genuine item and bypassed the need to get programmed....not much help based on number of units avaialbe most of the time

As an interim just put an abs bypass switch in
