Time to sell my VX and move on to other things.  I've owned the car for over 10 years (since August 2008) and covered almost 40,000 miles in that time.  In the last few years I've been averaging less than 1000 miles per year due to the arrival of a couple of kids but the car has been well maintained regardless.

I will take some more photos when it stops raining and post them.

Rare mandarin orange - in my eyes the best VX colour.

HPI clear, MOT till 21/08/2019, 2 keys.

Full service history - as detailed below, including new chains fitted at 60,000 miles and an aluminium radiator fitted at 63,500 miles

Exterior

31/05/2008 -   New nearside door and front & rear clams fitted under warranty due to original panels suffering from osmosis.   Door cards painted in mandarin orange and turbo splitters fitted to new front clam. Work carried out by Motorbodies Vauxhall in Luton

28/06/2009 -   Rear clam replaced again due to osmosis in replacement clam! Turbo rear spoiler fitted, windscreen surround repainted silver and turbo roof seal fitted, new bonnet grills fitted, front clam resprayed. Work carried out by Specialist Paintwork - Lotus approved bodyshop in Reading.

04/05/2012 -   Front clam and bonnet resprayed by Back on Track due to a large area of clearcoat peeling and stonechips.

22/05/2012 -   All four wheels refurbished by the Wheel Specialist in Fareham.

There current state of the bodywork is generally good but there is some osmosis/bubbling in the driver’s door and some small areas where the clearcoat has lifted - on the drivers side of the roll bar cover and the leading edge of the drivers side sill panel. There is a small crack (2cm’s) in the passenger side sill panel on the rear edge, the windscreen surround would benefit from being resprayed or wrapped and there are the usual stone chips on the bottom part of the front clam. These are all minor blemishes that aren’t visible until close inspection.

Black soft top in good condition.

Tyres

Correct Bridgestone RE040 fitted front and rear.  Fronts fitted at 67,569 miles in August 2016, Rears fitted at 68,750 miles in October 2017.

Interior

Door cards painted mandarin to match exterior

Dash plates, centre console, drivers sill cover, gear knob and handbrake grip all replaced during my ownership with new OEM items.

Black leather seats with the usual wear to the edge of the drivers seat.

Upgraded Sony head unit and speakers

Tat pedals

The car is located on the south coast near Fareham.

£8950 ono

Asking price shouldn't make it hang around long, guess you are after a quick sale.

How many NA's were done in this colour?

Just found this again more Mandarin than I thought:

Yellow 1 = 256 (4.2%)
Brilliant Yellow = 220 (3.6%)
Mandarin = 208 (3.4%)
Rabiata Red = 188 (3.1%)
Chagall Blue = 177 (2.9%)
Yellow 2 = 144 (2.4%)

Moonland = 71 (1.2%)
Dolphin Blue = 31 (0.5%)
Le Mans Green = 29 (0.5%)
Titan Gold = 29 (0.5%)
