Just a quick reach out to see if there is many VX220 owners or Lotus owners out there that would fancy meeting up in North Yorkshire for a drive out on the great roads we have here? I am based up near Harrogate more out in the hills where the Tour de France went and the Tour de Yorkshire cycle race goes every year, due to our great roads, hills and views.

I was thinking of maybe meeting up around the Harrogate/Leeds area and then hedaing out towards Pateley Bridge,(could have a stop here as theres good parking) then on towards Grassington, Kilnsey, Kettlewell, Hawes (again good parking at the Wensleydale cheese factory here) then from here you could head further West towards Ribble Head and back round to Settle-Skipton or head East back round towards Leyburn, Middleham and Ripon. Which ever is prefered?

Great roads to drive and if we get the weather right amazing views.

If anyone is interested it would be great to get a few of us together

We have a Whats app group for this purpose.

We did a really nice run out last year taking in Hawes and the Butter tubs. pm me your phone number and i will add you to the group.

Was just about to say the same thing as John.

Also, a few of us fancy ourselves as racing drivers(!) and have an associated WhatsApp group - "Yorkshire Track Day Group".

A few did Blyton Park last year and Cadwell Park and Croft have been mentioned for this year along with Blyton again.

Yep the Heart of God's country! 

Regularly have drive outs to Whitby on a summer weeks night and around the Yorkshire Dales if anyone is ever free for a blast out, normally after 8pm when nights are still light and roads are quiet to drive properly
