The devil's in the detail, unfortunately the detail is vague.  People need pictures and assurances about the condition of what your selling.  For example a 'small tear' to the piston seal means nothing.  What is the actual condition of of the piston.  Clean?  Rusted?.  'Working' means nothing.  A new repair kit including the piston sleeve (essential) is about £30 so that's £30 off the value of your asking price for starters.  If you want to sell something at least go to the trouble to describe its condition properly.

For those swapping calipers - I'm always looking for scrappers (not working) for some tweaking :)
