Hi all, I have recently brought another VX220 so I am debating selling my track car!

The body work is tatty and the clams have been smoothed over and chopped about and meshed... there are no lights front or rear either.

The shell is on about 90k and engine around 50k (new from Vauxhall - cat D fire damage)

The car will come with VX220 turbo Wheels, exige suspension, machined uprights done by MBR for camber and a MBR rear diffuser, mint standard black seats, black hard top, updated gear cables and EP toe links loads of mods

Looking for £3500 no offers or I will break it!

Did you ever weigh your car?

Hoping to get mine down to about 850-850kg this year but given I have 30kg worth of SC and 40kg of cage yours must be pretty light.

Tempting... Is the engine standard or does it have any modifications?

I assume the fire was in the engine bay, how bad was it?

Fire was before my ownership but new engine replaced by Vauxhall and it has been weighed at a scrap yard at 800kgs take from that what you will! The car will come with a stainless Larni exhaust and open air filter etc! The fire I don’t think was bad but did damage some of the clam hence diy fibreglass repairs! I am in the process of swapping bits over at the moment and if I can’t get £3500 I will break it... the car is very capable and during my ownership mexhanically nothing has been spared or compromised despite the tatty exterior! It will be missed I have just got another VX220 for the road which is already supercharged an itch I have wanted to scratch for a few years now

I am exactly the same but when I get it out the garage to get it ready to sell I just can’t do it
See how much it gets used this year and if it’s very little miles it will have to go 😂 need something a bit easier on the body to be honest I think
