Hi can anybody confirm if these are original wheels off a 2003 as i am in the process of buying them

They do look exactly the same as mine and that is a 2003 NA. Just worth checking for the HT mark which should be on the inside of one of the spokes, there was said to be a problem with the original heat treatment process and the HT mark is on all wheels which had a revised heat treatment process.

The HT recall was for rears only.

Hi Alan,

I believe that the NA wheels are actually lighter than the Turbo version; easier to clean too!

Don't pay too much for them. They're not really worth much

Some ask silly prices for these and not sure you can still buy tyres for them

You can still get tyres, just not the original 175s I believe.

 

Also, other than the HT, the NA wheels are the same on all years

You can still get 175/55/R17's for the fronts from Camskill. Bridgestone still make them and 'Apollo' also make a dirt cheap tyre in that size.
