4060T14 is used on the VX/Elise fronts.

 

T14 means 14mm thick. The other 'unmarked' 4060's are the same shape, but usually around 17mm thick (total) and that doesn't fit between the dics and the caliper in the case of the VX/Elise.

 

Thicker ones can be sanded down to make it fit. AFAIK you'd need to do that if you want the RC8's with the corrugated/vented steel backing pads as those are not in a 'T14' spec.

 

Similar fro rear. The T12.6 type is for the Elise/VX. Un-marked ones are more like 15mm and are for cars like the Dodge Viper.

Anybody actually running these rc8 all round?
How do they compare to rc6? Easy lockup?
