Now that my VXT is back to something resembling its usual performance I am planning to compete in the Classic Marques Sports Car Club speed championship this year.
I have agreement from CMSCC that VX220 will be allowed to compete although Vauxhall was not included in their classic marques list ! They have now changed the rules.

Mixture of sprints and hillclimbs over 25 rounds on courses around the country. Best 8 scores count in championship results. Up again a fairly eclectic mix of sports cars but handicap system based on Bhp/wt ratio and tyre selection theoretically provides a level playing field.

Wonder if any other VX220 players will be competing...?
