See Pistinheads - https://www.pistonhe...onditon/9624445

Great condition Calypso Red 2.2 NA VX220 - No work needed to drive away and have fun!

- Only one owner since 2009

- HPI clear and NO insurance categories against it

- Excellent paintwork - near zero stonechips and SPOTLESS alloys due to fresh respray

- Last service end Nov '17 by VX220/Lotus specialist MMG Performance in Ashbourne, Derbyshire

- MOT to end Dec '19

- Timing chain done at 65,00 miles, brand new alternator fitted Jan '18, new HEL brake lines Jan ’19 (all VX's wil need this done in the next few years), new brake cable Sept '17, uprated EliseShop full aluminium radiator/hoses summer 2017, great condition adjustable Gaz Gold Pro 2 shocks, plenty of tread on all tyres, new OEM alarm fitted Feb '11, front engine mount insert fitted to increase torque, uprated windscreen washer system, cabin heating system much better than most! The driver seat does have the usual bolster wear but other than that very neat.

- A fat folder of MOTs, servicing and receipts dating back to 2004

- Original service logbook, alarm code card and master spare key all included

A rare find - The car drives superbly and there's only a few good quality 2.2 VX220s left!

Looks tidy, but what's with the "last service in Nov '17"? No service for 18 months? That could put buyers off. IMHO, I'd service it before sale..

16 months ?

Might depend on how many miles its cover in that time

Good point Strugs - I've taken it out for a 10mile round trip every few weeks to keep it ticking over since it's last service so have only put on a couple of hundred miles, do figured a full service was overkill.

But agree a fresh service will answer any concerns potential buyers may have!
