Anyone know much about injector pulse width? Trying to get the car started with new ecu and map, but won’t run beyond a few seconds at idle... Live tracking of the map on the laptop shows a pulse width of 16-18ms on no throttle - this seems really high...

First of all, is it... Second of all any idea what sensors of multiplying factors could cause this?

Aiming to chat to SCS tomorrow....

We need a bit more info than that...

What ecu, which injectors, which fuel pressure??

 

But 16-18ms is very high for idle. On 60lbs injectors@3.0 bar static pressure I'm idling at 1.8-1.4ms from a medium warm start...

I take it you changed the immobiliser chip and ring to match the new ECU?

It’s alpha ITB kit, with after market ecu (SCS delta).

They have a remote conect facility so they have offered to connect in to help diagnose.

water temp reading normal? also voltage reading sensible range , both will compensate injector timing , but not by that much

 

what is the load reading , is map sensor setup?
