What material is the 36-1 made from? Just a thought.
Wheel is steel, so should work.

Ah great that's good to know
There's also a trigger sync test in the software, have you checked that?
Yeah, found that. Software is showing the trigger wheel syncing. The software has been a great help in helping diagnose and rule things out!!

I can smell fuel, but how can I confirm I have it (plugs are wet which is what I expected)...
If I have fuel and spark, I guess the only thing it can be is timing?

TPS? Think that's the only other one left
TPS is ok on the software (it’s only 6 months old)

you can pull the fuel rail open on one of the clips to see if there's fuel........ its a bit messy mind! just prising it open a little will do. ive had a leak there before when its running.
there ant that many sensors it can be, totally baffled!
i feel your frustration.... my car has a misfire. I left it out in the rain the other week tho, so im hoping its the obvious fix.

Does the circumference of the trigger make any difference?
Also had a random problem at the start where the software didn't prompt for the ECU type and it didn't install the right firmware.
Anyways it has to be the trigger!

You tried putting 90 and 270 in the offset. Although I don't think it'll except 270. Maybe turning the sensor round...unsure
This. It's was my problem when installed ITBs first time. I installed trigger wheel with the wrong offset, signal was totally OK, but no the phase.
No start. Probably you can even configure offset in the ECU software.

Looks like the stage 1 map was far enough off to not even start the engine!! Who would have thought there would be that much difference!!
