Beer is 98% water (and has more nourishment than water alone) and therefore probably more essential than food, in the grand scheme of things.

It's always been about looking after your mental health through social interaction rather than the beer...
Maybe the solution is to go shopping in a supermarket for 3 hours with a few of your mates and take a beer each with you...
