A very unique build! How much weight did it add to the car? Also who did you use to insure it, what is the ballpark cost?

Weight not sure if I’m honest. I have insured the car with direct line , £243 full comp , has to be stored in the garage 😂. I’ve been told Adrian flux or Sky insurance would be even better.

It’s only that cheap as I do my house insurance , travel insurance, pet insurance and the mrs insures her car with them as well.

No mention of the gearbox? I admit I only skim read it. Vocky put some time into that buying several gearboxes to select certain ratios. This needs the gears stripping from the shafts, new bearings etc. I know it's a 'chocolate gearbox' but a new endcase and a cooler and it'll be superb.

6 Speed close ratio m32 gear box. It’s beautiful and extremely smooth, with the extra gear makes motorway driving even easier. Details are in the advert and there is a link to the build thread. You would not need to replace this.
