Hi- can anyone help please- I am after a curtesy light switch after mine has failed. It was a silver round push button style. Does anybody have a replacement or know of a suitable one please?

I take it you are talking about this one:

That will be a bit of a challenge, as the complete alu bar is rare, let alone the switch.

‘12v locking push switch’ they’ll be loads on eBay for a couple of quid. Don’t have the brace myself but can’t imagine it will be to hard to retro fit a similar sized one in its place.

I took one apart many moons ago, thinking to fix it.

Finding the like for like switch was a real pita though.
My switch was so scratched up, that the exact type number is not traceable, complicating it even more.

@Dab-of-Oppo I am not into electronics. Do you think these tech specs are correct as a replacement?

Would look pretty similar, if i grinded a bit off the top.
