Hi,

I am Guillaume a french guy who love UK cars and I am fan of light is right. I already have a Lotus Elise S1 Sport 160 and I bought a VX220 of 2004 in switch color (amazing color). Now I am play with this car to convert it to a porsche turbo killer. I already did good modification on it but I have still lot of work and problem to solved. I tried to find help in France but clearly the knowledge on this kind of car is too poor. So I deciced to jump to your forum.

Actually here are modification done on my car:

- ECU reprog

- Gearbox of Zafira with 4,17 ratio and a Quaife LSD

- 4 pots front caliper

- Orginal front caliper on rear

- Removed Alarms, Aigbag, Audio system

- Diffuser full carbon made by a friend

- Carbon Seat.

- Nitron Shocks

The body have some cracks but it's not my priority.

Welcome! Love 'switch', such a rare colour! There are at least two of your countrymen on here and on the Facebook page so you might even get the help you need in French!

:) Welcome g be

..and a wise jump there. Having taken my car a few times, both to and through France and experienced the awe and delight shown toward the vx due to 'her' rarity, i am not surprised that any help is difficult to find. With the modifications that you already have in place and the lotus connections that you will have, i am sure that the forum will be a very useful addition.

Good luck in your 'killer' journey ahead, perhaps we will see you document your progress in our 'tuning and modification' section.
