I know that a lot of you have done it already, but for some of you it will be a future task!

 

This is the easiest way to remove the precat in less than 3 (in words three) minutes without bloody fingers and red-hot drills.

 

 

Pic 1. Drill an 8mm hole in the middle of the catalytic converter

Pic 2. Screw in a 10mm wood screw with the cordless screwdriver

Pic 3. Clamp the screw in the vice

Pic 4. A few blows with the hammer on the flange and the cat comes out of the pipe in one piece
