Hi guys, a very happy new year, I hope everyone is feeling like they managed to see it in with some kind of style last night!

Does the charge cooler pump on the stage 2 sc with dutch software come on with the ignition or is it attached to some kind of thermostat

and comes on with engine/inlet temps?  I seem to recall mine was always running, even when the engine was first started, but the water wasn't flowing when I ran the car...

TIA

It depent how you installed it, normal they use thé starter wire for thé connection. So if you turn on your engine it would start pumping.
Or you can installed with a manuele switch
Or if you want you can make it temp related.

But you always want cool air for your engine so i don't know why you want to make it temp related

Mine is connected to the fuel pump. Ignition on it gets 3 seconds pump, then when the car starts it runs permanently.

the usual way to wire it in is to mimic the fuel pump operations, so like john says, it primes on ignition and then when the fuel pump runs, so does the CC pump.

Check the relay, I always keep a spare with me as they aren’t water proof and rust through very quickly!!

Thanks, I think it is wired with the fuel pump as I remember it always being on when the car was running.  I haven't fitted any temperature or manual switch so if that isn't the default then it won't be that.

Cheers Firthy, I'll check the relay thumbsup
