Hi guys.

New Speedster owner here :)

I managed to ruin my intake while changing oil filter(don't ask how) and I'm looking for a new intake for som nicer induction notes.

I'm thinking about the Maxogen ITG induction system and as I understand sits the best

Is there any difference between the carbon and aluminium versions of this intake?

Are there any better alternatives to this intake?

I have a stock 2.2 NA Opel Speedster. Is there any difference the engine bay on a LHD Speedster and a RHD VX220?

Thanks for the help :)

Engine Bay is the same.
Carbon box is lighter.
My carbon ITG maxogen came with aluminum brackets. I hope the aluminum box is protected differently as the bracket protection (like a chrome plating) does not last long.
