I finished nights at the end of last week and then I started tiling the en-suite over the weekend.

Also got the living room ceiling mostly boarded as it was easier than getting rid of artex.

Put some kitchen stuff in cupboards which felt weird putting stuff away.

We have stuff everywhere though, caterhams at my brothers girlfriends parents house, we have  large storage unit, there's stuff at Nats parents and my parents and I still keep buying things and throwing them in storage.

One of the spare bedrooms will become a gaming room, although mostly retro gaming as the newest console I have is a PS3. But I keep buying stuff that comes available so at the minute I have a fair amount that needs sorting though, I know, priorities.

Boiling water tap turned up the other day too, look forward to not having a kettle!

I spent a long time looking at hobs, ovens, microwave/oven combis and in the end realised it doesn't really matter. They all have silly automatic programs that no-one uses. I just needed a temp and a timer. Issue is that appliances are getting reasonably scarce and more expensive. Ordered an AEG induction hob and a Hotpoint oven and combi.

Got the ovens fitted the other day.

Got bored of waiting for the electrician so I've fitted the kitchen and downstairs bog extractors. Hope he doesn't mind. Also stripped the wiring out the garage. Ready for new stuff, just going to do it myself and get the sparky to connect it to the new garage consumer unit. Then today started the task I've been looking forward too for about 8 years (it was mentioned on the survey when I bought the house). Replacing the garage flat roof. Took the fascia off one side and cut the roof back and bricked up between the joists. Dodging rain all day which is great fun.

Pulled the Noble out the garage while we did it. It still started, its still filthy though.
