My Locks Are Blanked Off, How To Take The Little Metal Disc Blank Off?

Howdy all! 

 

As it says in the title.
Need to use key for the moment but don't want to damage anything taking the disc off.............

If i am not mistaking, it is just a cylindrical blank, that you could carefully pull off with some nose plyers.
As i do not have a turbo myself, wait for confirmation that this is the case.

Impatience got the better of me!
It was just glued on, juts needed to move it slightly then comes off easily  :sleep:

So is there a lock barrel behind it, and does the ignition key fit?

my old VXT had this but they never worked for a key, CL only
