Hi,
I've had a misfire for some time and have had another look at the wiring and noticed that an earth has come off from the block by the coil pack, but I'm unsure what it is and the part number is missing.
I've tried soldering on the clamp again but I'm not have any joy.
Is there anyone out there who knows what it is and does? Also a part number that's not scrubbed off.

I believe this is it. No idea why it not being there creates a misfire, given it's _meant_ to be for the radio but we found the same on my car many years ago.

Thank you so much for your reply. I thought the same but have been clinching at straws.
It's great that you had the same issue with this past being broken. Fingers crossed it fixes my issue...
