It seems the Spax are a good mod for reasonable money at £599. Couldn´t for instance Regal be interested of us organising a group buy?? Or could they offer it to the site?

I think a few people bought them about a year ago when they were on special at £400 - so it's not such a dream.

Handling wise they're great - I reckon you'll get the same benefits as more expensive kit as it's all fully adjustable. Where it loses out is on build quality. My damper adjuster knobs and height adjuster rings have a habit of seizing and the dampers make a squelchy noise on big slow bumps (speedbumps). I'm told that's normal and I must admit lots of bike suspension I've had make similar noises.

Yeah, I got a comment at the last track day. A guy thought that regarding acceleration and straight line speed my car was really impressive but in the corners it was not that good. He thought that any further investments should be on the chassis, rather than more tuning. Made me think... and I like the looks of my lowered Speedster but it would be even nicer if it was lowered by use of adjustables thumbsup

Did this group buy get anywhere? Would anybody still be interested in doing this? Best price I have found for Spax is £540. I'm told by the guy that did my geo (Horizon Motorsport) that adding adjustable suspension will make a much more significant improvement to the road-holding than fitting wider front wheels and tyres.
