I've got the undertray off so I can stick a couple of hockey pucks between it and the chassis for jacking purposes.

I assume you bolt them in using the rearmost outer shear panel bolts - anyone done this?

Ive done this but found out that the pucks are a few mm to flat for a perfect fit. I.o.w. when jacking the undertray would deform. I removed them and placed the alu jackpoints. Fit n forget.

I have done it too. But dont remember if I just mounted them or if I used another spacer.

thanks gents.

I was thinking about gluing a metal tube into the puck so the bolt load goes into the shear panel rather than crushing the puck too much.

Have got plenty of 2 or 3 mm aluminium around if I need to space it a bit.

The puck adds an unofficial lift point.
From factory should be a good idea though, as less chance off issues on siccor lifts.

I found a guy in the UK who turned down a hockey puck for me so it fits the cup of my jack exactly, also have a pair which are slotted to fit my axle stands, can't remember where I found them though.  Not exactly what you are looking for but if that sounds helpful then pm me and I'll see if I can find where they came from.
