Well last week my friend turned up in his lotus 7 kit car
Went for a spin in this and was hooked having a few cars my self
Zafira vxr 320bhp
Zafira gsi 400bhp
Astra Sri estate 450bhp

I had more fun in the kit car then I do in the estate that low to floor but I still want a roof and boot if a tiny one so have decided to buy my self a vx220
And take the z22leh setup out of the Astra and pop in a vx220 might as well make a 2.2 turbo one if I have all the parts
Any hints or tips what to look for would be good

You'll need to cut the boot wall and craft a new bulkhead to package a turbo on a N/A car*, meaning an even smaller small boot, other than that good idea.


*clearly the 2.0 Turbo already has a turbo and a smaller boot, albeit with a heavy iron block Z20LET and the turbo on the front.

I am looking at getting the turbo car
The z22lex one I built up is a hybrid of
Vauxhall omega z22xev block Mods done
Astra z20leh head
Arrow rods so swap that block into a vx220 turbo

Okay, I understand. I thought you were doing a z22se 2.2 and adding a turbo, like a Saab B207 setup. My mistake.
