I’m not sure when I introduced myself as a new member, I remember I was a lot younger. I often read the information but since I’ve done nothing with my car I haven’t had a lot to say. However I’ve read lots of posts about missing VXs. Finding a low mileage one, you know what I mean. Well just for information my VX is 2001, I’ve had it from almost new, a long story. It had 2000 miles on it when I bought it. I used and loved it for a few years so decided to keep it with the idea I would take it apart for fun. Well it’s still with me I looked at it about 18 months ago. It was still there lol.  I’m not sure but I think it’s got just over 25k miles on it. A bit of bubbles on one door and may be bonnet. I’m hoping to start work on it next year, I’m not going to upgrade or change the spec. Just replace rusty nuts and other bits with stainless steel. My first job 5 years ago was to remove seats to get them reupholstered. I failed with two bolts, put some oil on them, assume it’s still there hope it worked haven’t looked since. Anyway I will be more proactive,maybe  I will post again in a few years. Stay safe my friends.
