Cant understand why you would want anything else TBH....
Im on first name terms with my local chinese manager he drives a boxster though (prob on takings from me LOL)
singapore chow mein/rice =
chicken, pork, spicy pork *looks down at plate* sweet meat, prawns, peppers, fried egg and the usual (without glutamin) noodles, onions et al
all in a szechian flavouring (sp) one of us will get it right
like you said, hot and spicy....and fcuking luvely

I like the fact that they (chinese's) always have the same token English meals.
..perhaps their
'Meals For The (Last Orders) English Drunkards'
..section in the 'Chinese Take-away' manual needs updating
God!! knows their decor. does!!
