Steering Wheel Spacer ?

Being a bit long in the leg, I kept hitting the steering wheel with my knees when changing gear / braking on a recent test drive.
I found a Momo spacer here, but is has six mounting holes.
I understand the VX steering wheel is a Momo, but has 4 mounting holes. Would it fit ?

I didn't have a problem during "normal" driving, but found my right knee kept hitting the steering wheel when pressing on a bit, moving from accelerator to brake and back (car was left-hand drive).
Found this spacer on eliseparts.com, which might do the trick, if the Elise and VX steering wheels have the same PCD. Just need to use longer bolts to fix it all together.

Sent a mail to Dempert Automotive (written in my best Babelfish German) to see if they can sort me out.

The actual cause of Senna's accident was the lack of space between the bottom and the road,Did this not kill Ayrton Senna?

Just sent a mail to moto-concept. If they're the distributor for Dempert, they should have some info/prices on the spacer.
Lots of other cool VX / Lotus stuff on their website too.

1/2 - 1 inch makes all the difference between a comfortable ride and a not so comfortable ride you know!I was only looking at moving the steering wheel out 1/2 - 1 inch at most,
