Just received this from a mate who races an Elise.
"......How is the VX going? I have afew parts that might be up your street, springs and dampers they have covered 250miles and have 325lbs front and 400lbs rear, have aheight adjustable spring ride hight and bump and rebound x16 adjustments. They would transform your motor, I have agood geo set up as well for a VX and if needed can arrage for Lotus Sport and Performance to do your set up at the factory but it does cost and most people with the correct gear can do that for you....."
Right I know jack s**t about this. Would it be a good buy and if so how much would it cost me to get fitted and how noticeable would it be? Still good for the road?
cheers.
Out for a spin on the bike now!
Suspension.

Won't fit I'm afraid. (VXT anyway). The VX has a dirfferent rear subframe so the shocks are different lengths. The fronts need a different bracket to accomodate the ABS unit hanger. We've not measured the NA VX yet so could be wrong but doubt it.
