Got my wheels refurbed and powder-coated black recently by john thurlbourn in bury st.edmunds (01284 767625). Nice bloke and friendly professional service! Great job too, see the results < here >!
£50 a wheel all told - would be cheaper if i could have supplied just the wheels sans tyres.
