Like, saying like every other word. It like, sounds so like, annoying. I think it’s like, a young person thing. Some of them like don’t even know they’re like saying it .

About a year ago I was in a Cafe next to two university students one of whom was sayin 'like' in every sentence to the point of stupidity.  I got really p!$$ed off listening to her.  When I got up to go I turned to her and and said "I'm going to give you a challenge - see if you can carry on your conversation for ten minutes without saying 'like'".  Her friend then looked at her and said "Yes - you do say it an awful lot".

It's as bad as a friend I used to have who couldn't say a sentence without using the word Fcuck (he was educated at a well known public school).  He'd really pissed me off earlier on a skiing holiday in Switzerland.  I was alone at a lift between two villages and struck up a conversation with a very attractive and obvioulsy very cultured lady about my age and there was obviously a 'spark' between us, when he turned up.  "I hope this fcucking lift isn't going to be fcucking long, I don't fcucking want to be fcucking hanging around here all fcucking night in the pissing cold, especially if the c**nting thing doesn't turn up.  The moment between myself and my new friend was lost as she turned away in disgust.

Ebay - when you tick the UK only box and get stuff advertised from all over the world coming up.  What's the point of having the box to tick if it doesn't make any difference????

I work with a guy like this. Every sentence is scattered with fcuk or he loads up the doodah gun. Just shows the lack of vocabulary so he has to emphasise everything with a swear word.

On another note, Richard Hammond. Watched his drivetribe pub quiz and Jesus is he an annoying twat.

In last 3 weeks had 2 AA members breakdown right outside my house, first one, 9 am Saturday morning, was collected 2 pm, and told to ( in future) breakdown where there is mobile signal to make him easier to find; second one , 10pm Sunday night with wife and 15 month old baby in modified ( camper) Van, on a dangerous bend, collected 8:15 the next morning.

Hey Julian, how are you - other than garages?

Good Evening Squire.

Not too bad thanks (thanks for asking). Bouncing from one drama to another, which is quite the norm, it's just garages that practically drive in the final nail.

Hope life is treating you well or, at the very least, in a copable way...

.. :)
