Well, as a standard VXT with that low millege I hopped to get 18k, but with the Nitrons, VXR Wheels, Miltek, 4 Pot front brake kit, uprated drive shafts, Samco hoses, £1200 worth of stereo etc, all the original wheels/exhaust/suspension, so you could put it back to standard or use those as track day wheels. 20k bang on and it's yours.

No it's not a boost controller, although I have got a Apexi i was going to fit. The box under the dash is for the boost guage, it records boost for 20secs shows you max etc and you can get it to warn of overboost. The small screen attached to front/bottom of the dash, is a 80gb MP3 drive with the drive attached behind the passenger seat. It removes and connects to the Pc for MP3 downloads. Headunit it top of the range Pioneer which I use with HP filters to stop the cabin shaking, and speakers are all JL Audio XR Series, 6.5 rear, 5.25 dash. Crossovers for rear behind the seat and fronts attached to the bottom of the dash.

Will that work on these cars?

I'd be interested in knowing what model it was and the theory, or even buying it off you if you want to sell it?

Regards,

OK - I'm interested. Only drama is I'm not around until monday because of a wedding. I'm in the Kent/Essex area - is that close to you to come and have a look?

Sent you a PM Spotter, ScottieB - I'm keeping the Apexi, I have another project to use that on. Not sure if it will work on the VX or not, it will all depend if the VX monitors it's own boost lvls or uses a closed loop. Think I will make a new post about this.

Deal of the century IMHO. Nitrons, VXR Wheels, Miltek, 4 Pot front brake kit, uprated drive shafts, Samco hoses, £1200 worth of stereo - this is £1,000's worth of the best bits you can buy for a VXT. I would bite Chucks hand off if I didn't already have a VXT. Any prospective buyers should get in there now!!!!!
