Have been informed by one source that the uprated springs which Eibach advertise for the VX are not available and the reference to them is a mistake in their catalogue. Does anyone know if it.s true?? B4DVX i recall that you were going to fit them I have emailed PVD who advertise them but have not received a reply. Never ceases to amaze me the number of companies that have a "contact us" link on their web sites but don't bother to reply. Business must be so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Paul

I wouldn't go as far as saying I "am" PVD, but I am a part of PVD yes..... As for emails, I definitely haven't seen one, as all the emails for vx220tuning.co.uk go straight to myself. As for whether they exist, well..... Eibach list the springs, and were going to give me a set for mine, but there was a problem. Eibach make all OE Lotus springs - ie standard and aftermarket. Because of this, Lotus and Eibach have a contract where in the UK, Eibach can't sell uprated Lotus springs as you have to go via Lotus. It's a grey area as to where the VX fits into this, but Eibach don't want to upset Lotus, so don't sell VX springs in the UK. BUT........ Eibach can sell VX springs in any other country, and I have sourced them via Germany. This makes them slightly more expensive - approx £180 I believe. For people wishing to lower a VX and spend less than £180, I have arranged for another German suspension manufacturer, FK Automotive to manufacture springs for the VX, which should be available pretty soon. The pricing on these is to be confirmed, but should be nearer the £120 mark. I hope that covers it.......
