Got flashed in the face a few years ago in Northampton - bless 'em! Asked to see a pic cos "I could not remember who was driving" - could not even see if there was a person in the car on the pic so I said I would pay because "it looks like my car with the same number plate on" and they said I would have to go to court. I did not go because I was going to a big party the night before - not heard anything since!
Did get a scamera detector afterwards though!
