I am also considering punting the beauty!

Looking for an offer in the region of 10750, have been offered 10500, but to be honest that is probably fair as she does need new rear boots!

Mileage is 28k, 2001 (x), cruised her last MOT, all that she needed was a light bulb, and a suggested door alignment.

Usual stone chips, but first class car which runs perfectly! Meguired once a month and looks amazing!

Has been tracked only once, brilliant car on track, still got the sticker to prove it, and a picture!

I am in no real hurry to sell her, but given that my boss has been nagging me to get a 'decent' car (WTF!) as he is paying for my car allowance, and the harsh Scottish winter, there is not much chance to drive it.

O.k going on Autotrader/Pistonheads, have hopefully found my new diesel a 53 plate A4 1.9TDI Sport 130bhp - getting it from a friend at a garage for 12.5k! Would retail all day long at 16k!! However an Audi A4 - not exactly exciting! Any offers on the car! Dave

I know, but they will pick up again come the spring time, its as simple as I cant afford to hold onto it as saving for another property, and the Audi and the amount of diesel i am using is going to cost me anyway! Cheers, Dave

Only in the early stages of looking but seems a decent enough deal to me, was looking at something a little newer but starting to get tempted now should my planned test drive in a VX go well (think ive already made my mind up its a VX anyway tbh) Some good deals about at moment buying private, just wish i didn't have to trade in- guess i could buy a VX & sell mine private (warranty is nice tho i guess ) ....got me thinking now. Anyway good luck selling mate.

Well if the test drive goes well then you know where I am! Prepared to meet anyone from down south half way, or there are cheap flights to the airport and i can get you, also train doesnt take long! Anyway have a couple of people looking at it, one looking and the other seeing if he can get finance together.
