Just looked at your website and £100 is a lot cheaper than it says there.

Is this a special price? And are we talking VX tyres not the Elise tyres?

cheers.

I'm running the Pilot Sport PS2's on mine, having had a puncture in the original left rear Potenza (similar discussion happening here... Tuning and Mods Thread)

I'd be interested in hearing more from others who have tracked differing rear tyres and are able to comment. Certainly I haven't had any grip or stability issues, but then I'm not pushing it close to the limit around the streets of London... Given that the standard set up is prone to understeer, is it possible that an alternative set of rears could be better?

cheers
Nick

I agree R1, watch out for the actual compound mixes.

They are different to the Elise and unique for VX's.

As for mixing front and rears, there should be no problem at all, as long as the levels of grip are not dramatically different.

It is mixing left to right that causes the major problems.

Me, I am probably going for the E040 or E050 Bridgestones that are specifically designed for the VX.
