christurbo, how did you spray yours in the first place? did you just mask it off? tempted to do that first to see how it looks (then remove it if i dont like it). is it tricky to mask?

Easy to prep and spray. Just make sure you mask off all the front of the car using either newspaper or plastic sheeting. Do a search on me/or on painting V as I posted how to prep it and paint it within the last week ;) Regarding the banging of the car when on the jack:- I dont mean BANG - I mean tap it so that the bounce out of the gap! :P

I took mine off last weekend. Just dremmeled (Sp?) the plastic away from the screws. To get the screws out I just dremmelled the area around the towing eye to make a slightly bigger gap and then stuck an extendable magnetic thing-a-me-bob through to grap the screws as they released. Just had to watch the washers as they are not as magnetic as the screws. Nat

How do i go about going this? I saw christurbo melted through his V to get to the screws.

I assume you are going for a destructive removal, otherwise you need to take the front clam off (not as hard as it sounds, but budget 6 hours for your first run).

Has anyone got any pics of a dee-vee'd Europa Blue car?  Not sure how it'd look...

Have a look >here<.
