all this talk about the gear gate on tha other thread reminded me of a conversation i had with my brother! he asked me if i would like a gear gate like those in ferraris etc he said he could make these up! not sure of the cost though.....but is there any interest? i think i will get my bro to make one up anyway! :groupjump:

I think IF i was convinced that dust & crap wouldn't choke up the mechanism by falling through the gate (the VX cab is a dirty place!) AND the gate spacing was accurate enough not to inhibit or put stress on the shifter mechanism I'd be interested ! B) Oh, and it didn't cost a fortune !

Your second pic, showing the open gate, comes up really tiny – about half an inch wide. Bigger please! :D
