Pin 5 on the Blue X2 connector behind the coolant tank..What supply do you use ?OK... i am sorted. Using a seperate supply other than the sensor and grounding to the chassis have cure my problem

checked the o2 sim via OBD2 interface this evening.... the voltage oscillates between 600mV and 350mV approx. Pipo you must have enough instability built into your circuit

Well, the only thing I can say is that I did set my sim to 450mV, and that is doesn't vary more then 8mV ! And the EML didn't came on
Those are facts, gentlemen
And if the ECU is satisfied with those settings, so am I

If you know how your ECU came to that conclusion, then you can deduct what's wrong with your sim
