Picture from a Speedster forum. Seemingly they are:

Black ATS-DTC 7.5X17 ET20 with Bridgestone RE040 205/45 R17 84W (Front)
Black ATS-DTC 9X17 ET30 with Bridgestone RE050 245/40 R17 91Y (Rear)

My questions are:

Can I get these in the UK? Will they go straight on my NA with out modification (my car is not lowered)? How much would I be looking at?

I remember a guy at the national had these on his silver VX. I think they would look amazing on my black NA and I prefer them over all the others I have seen lately.

Thanks in advance,
Noble

noz has them, might be worth PMing him. From a purely subjective point of view i don't think they suit the vx as well as theOZ, Speedlines TDs, which are availlable with a 17in front should you want. £650

I found them on the german site for 990euro but I dont speak a word of german so I got myself well lost in al the funny looking words. IMHO I think they look better than the OZ or TD options. Plus everyone has them :P

Best to be different B)

Found some links to these wheels after searching however im no further forward in find them in the uk. and also not in black.

I dont see the point of chaning wheels unless your going to drop to 16" fronts :beat: the 16" fronts really transform the handling of the car

Hi X8 CJN,

I think you are slightly wrong. The car on the picture belongs to DutchMike and the tirecombination you wrote about is on my car. I thought Mike has Toyo's.

The cheapest place to buy the ATS-DTC is at www.dempert-automotive.de and they do speak english. They only sell silver ones but for a very reasonable price you could get them powdercoated in any colour you want.

And the VX does not need modifications because these rims are specially fabricated for the VX/Speedster.

hi, yeah it was me at the national with them, there lovely looking wheels but cos there about 16 kilos lighter than standard wheels in total they are prone to bending on british roads, in fact im in the process of ordering a spare front and maybe a rear wheel because of this, they work out 170.00 gbp a quarter delivered to the uk so 680.00 a set and tyre sizes are 235/40/17 and 205/40/17 so if your going to get decent tyres wil cost u around 500 a set for tyres, i think there the best looking alloy for the vx but i would say that! the guys at ats wont order them from the uk anymore as they were made for a groupbuy only in germany so your best off asking if dempert has any group buy sets left, he was ordering another batch but not sure how many sets he has left... and id definately consider buying a spare front and rrear wheel just in case.. if you want some more details of who to contact directly pm me and il be glad to help... demi

Common.....

Nos,

Thank you for the information. Its funny, you look at the wheels and say 'Oh I could go for a set off them' but then someone sheds a bit of light onto them and you see them for what they are. The roads up here are crap and im often B road bashing so its best I dont get them. I thought it was your car at the national and tbh they looked (and still look) great.

Cheers for your time guys,
Noble
